How can one become a better coWORKER? Is it possible to have a smooth ride through a swamping workFLOW?

In this workshop, participants will get new insights, helpful tools and fresh methods for generating and maintaining a respectful and productive multidisciplinary team that can deliver truly collaborative projects in various fields (on time!).

The workshop will reveal specific skills and deliver helpful tools needed in order to be successful and productive part of a team, or when leading a group of people who are creating something together (an organisation, project, idea, initiative…).

Studies show that groups can innovate faster, see mistakes more quickly and find better solutions to problems. At the same time, working with others can be very frustrating, distracting and inefficient.
